This was a very nice stay in early September. It was in a good and excellent location just off Falmouth, gardens and the sea below and the harbor. Btw, we admired a green Flag park, based not too far from the hotel.

It is a beautifully kept and absolutely charming place. Very good staff, bright and spacious room with sea views. Fantastic location, so close to Saint Mary's Cathedral. Magnificent restaurant just a short stroll away from the hotel. Walking distance from the bus stop, 15 minutes.

All in all everything was perfect, had a perfect 10/10 stay as our last visit. Got well decorated room where free wi-fi is available. The staff were attentive, lovely friendly. The location seemed magnificent to get to lots of the other beaches & walking areas etc. What's more, it was 10 mins drive from Gyllyngvase.

The place was fully equipped and rooms here were absolutely perfect. I was offered a lovely breakfast with quality ingredients. The setting was brilliant, near coffee shops, still had a lovely walk, and All in all a very enjoyable establishment run by Louise. Besides, The Real Mary King's Close was 3 km away from the property. Exceptional services were available.

Would recomand the hotel. Whatever you need is this well-appointed room with books and decent bed plus wonderful views. The location is good and excellent in a nice safe area, really close to the centre / harbour as well as train station and ocean. Also, it's located 2 km from Falmouth Art Gallery.

The staff were exceptionally nice, great location near the centre of Falmouth. Visited an artillery fort, one of the tourist spots, located just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Lovely breakfast, the staff is amazing friendly. The rooms are well-appointed and beautiful little and include an electric kettle and glassware. The location is good and excellent, 1 km from an award winning museum. It is found in a nice safe area right by the town centre or the beaches, a very enjoyable establishment run by Louise and Mark Rickman, both very friendly and pleasant people, and cancelled trains and issues on seat bookings.
